Have you ever wondered what the recipe is for the perfect musical event to be held in Poland's largest sports and entertainment hall? Well, to prepare it we need the perfect ingredients - so we reach for songs from the repertoire of Kora, Zbigniew Wodecki, Marek Grechuta and Andrzej Zaucha, subject them to metamorphoses and create a new, surprising composition out of them. You will find out what the result will be on April 5, 2024, during the concert "To Kraków creates metamorphoses" organized on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of TAURON Arena Kraków. Responsible for the arrangements of songs by prominent Krakow artists is Miuosh - a renowned rapper and producer, who has already surprised audiences more than once with his unconventional approach to music. Songs from the repertoire of Kora, Zbigniew Wodecki, Marek Grechuta and Andrzej Zaucha will be performed by: Kuba Badach, Bela Komoszyńska, Grubson,Igo , Julia Pietrucha, Kacperczyk, Mery Spolsky, Renata Przemyk , Natalia Szroeder,Wiktor Waligóra and Krzysztof Zalewski. They will be accompanied on stage by the Beethoven Academy Orchestra under the baton of Jan Stokłosa, who will also orchestrate the concert.

The paraphrase of the words of Kora Jackowska's lyrics, which is the title of the concert, fully captures the essence and idea of the event. Metamorphoses is a transformation, and it is precisely this transformation that we will see on April 5, 2024 at TAURON Arena Krakow.

- Krakow has always been associated with culture, art, music... The best one, the one that touches us most strongly, catches us for years and as if it doesn't know how to let go," explains Miuosh, artistic director of the project. - Trends may change, time may pass, and artists unfortunately pass away, but life does not tolerate a vacuum and their place is seamlessly taken by other trends, voices and ideas. To all that has already been created and beautifully continues with us, they add their own, new and different works. There are times when all this needs to be combined, mixed and summed up. And there are good occasions and places for this. This event is undoubtedly a combination of several of them," adds Miuosh.

- Polish music is phenomenal, and this is what we want to show during the anniversary concert of TAURON Arena Krakow. We will pay tribute to Krakow artists whose output has for years been a reference point for the works of subsequent generations, and prove that it is still possible to discover their works anew," says Malgorzata Marcinska, CEO of Arena Krakow S.A. - By combining what was with what is now, i.e. attending a concert of stars whose performances gather crowds of fans and conquer the charts, we guarantee that it will be a unique and unforgettable evening, " she adds.

- The concert "It's Krakow that creates metamorphoses" is based on music primarily by Krakow artists, explains Jan Stokłosa, author of the orchestration and conductor. - In addition to vocalists, the excellent Beethoven Academy Orchestra, with which I have already had the opportunity to work, will also play an important role in the event. It will appear in TAURON Arena Krakow with as many as 50 musicians, which gives great possibilities for arranging and orchestrating, Stoklosa adds.

During the concert, the artists' performances will be complemented by animations featuring the works of Cracow-based artist Dobieslaw Gala. The author of the 3D renders that will be seen on the LEDs during the show is Jakub Hader.

Access by public transport

We would like to remind all participants of the event that our venue is very well connected to the rest of the city. There are both streetcar and bus stops close to TAURON Arena Krakow.
