About the "Art of Living Well" Project
In the daily rush, we often forget what is really important - our mental, emotional and physical health. That is why we have created a series of monthly meetings that will be a space for support, inspiration and personal development.

Workshop: Cost: £20, registration required

Lecture (18:00): FREE
If you are wondering what self-love is and how to practice it in a healthy and conscious way - this lecture is for you. You will learn:
- Do you really need to love yourself to fully love others? Or is this just a myth of modern times?
- What is wise self-love and how to distinguish it from selfishness, narcissism or egotism.
- How boundaries and self-esteem are related to self-love - what they actually are and how to build them.
- What steps you can take to begin your journey toward self-acceptance and inner harmony. We'll discuss self-compassion, acceptance of imperfection, gratitude, authenticity, mindfulness and other topics that connect to wise self-love

The workshop part is practical tips and techniques:
- You will understand what beliefs are blocking you from loving yourself and how to change them.
- You will learn simple ways to practice wise self-love on a daily basis.
- You will create an action plan to make small but effective changes in your approach to yourself.
