Doesn't life sometimes resemble a stage on which we constantly play roles? Who are we when the lights go out and the masks are no longer needed?

Join us for a conversation about the sensitivities, criticisms and expectations of the world, as seen from the perspective of acting - a profession in which the line between role and identity is constantly shifting. The experience of being an actor will become an excuse to reflect on how the roles we take on affect our choices, relationships and the way we think about ourselves.

This role-playing, however, doesn't end with stepping off the stage. It is accompanied by constant evaluation, image pressure, criticism and heckling, which often penetrate into private life and affect relationships with loved ones. During the meeting, we will consider how to cope with the presence of other people's opinions, how to learn mental toughness and at the same time not lose sensitivity in a world that rarely leaves room for it.

The talk will be moderated by Malgorzata Skowronska - journalist and editor of "Gazeta Wyborcza", author of books, writing about psychology, health, culture and social issues.

The guest of the meeting will be: Mikołaj Roznerski - actor and entrepreneur, who successfully combines the world of media and business. He is known to a wide audience for his film and television roles, and today also as the host of The Floor, one of the most popular teleseminars in Poland. In addition to his artistic activities, he is developing his own brand of coffee - a project based on passion, quality and a conscious approach to taste. In his work, regardless of the area, he focuses above all on authenticity.

After the panel, we invite you to a workshop of your choice. In May we have prepared for you coffee cupping with our guest, meditation and clay creation.

WORSHOP I: "Coffee that makes a difference: coffee cupping with Mikołaj Roznerski".

Talking about the specifics of the beans, brewing methods and coffee blends during an atmospheric and intimate meeting, combined with a tasting of Rozner coffee.

WORKSHOP II: Meditation "Masks and roles in my daily life". Conducting: Joanna Gruszecka

During the meditation we will delve into ourselves - into our feelings and thoughts. We will see what blocks us from the inside, why we do not express ourselves fully, how we react to criticism and what we do then, what masks we put on - often completely unconsciously. We will recognize what they are supposed to protect us from, what such we want to hide and why.

Joanna Gruszecka - a guide in personal and spiritual development, a teacher of face yoga according to the Face Yoga Method. She supports people to better understand themselves, work with unconscious beliefs and blockages, and build a life - personal and professional - in harmony with their own needs and heart. She conducts individual and couples sessions, business sessions, group meditations and relationship and career path development workshops.

WORKSHOP III: "Ceramic kettle - clay as a medium for releasing tensions". Conducted by: Marta Serafin

A workshop inspired by the Japanese philosophy of mindfulness and harmony. Participants, working with clay and creating their own bowl, will experience a process that helps quiet the mind, relieve tension and improve concentration. Manual work, repetitive movements and contact with the natural material bring the mind into a state of concentration, fostering regeneration and creativity. The workshop combines elements of ceramics and presence practice, giving participants the opportunity to create a unique object and a moment of respite from the daily pace.

No previous experience is required - the workshop is open to anyone.

Marta Serafin (Klika Ceramika) - a graduate of ULRA in Wola Sękowa Master of Ceramics and Apprentice of Weaving, a craft instructor with 14 years of experience. For years, she has been combining the heritage of her family's craftsmanship with practice and engineering knowledge, running her own business "Engineer Owl" and her own ceramic studio. She creates functional ceramics and geometric forms inspired by nature and spirituality; since 2024 she has been co-coordinating the Sowiarnia Foundation's project - Klika Ceramika Creative Collective, a place where passion takes shape.
