About the "Art of Living Well" Project
In the daily rush, we often forget what is really important - our mental, emotional and physical health. That is why we have created a series of monthly meetings that will be a space for support, inspiration and personal development.
What sets us apart?
- Two-part format: Free lectures by specialists and practical development workshops (workshop cost: PLN 15).
- Topics close to life: From professional burnout, to child and adolescent support, to relationships or family mental health.
- Local cooperation: Presentation of working methods of local teachers of yoga, meditation and other relaxation techniques.
Lecture (18:00): FREE, no registration!
If you feel that everyday life is starting to overwhelm you and fatigue has become the norm - this lecture is for you. You will learn:
- How to recognize professional burnout and what mechanisms cause it.
- How "busy culture" affects your psyche and why it's worth breaking out of it.
- What personality traits make you more susceptible to burnout.
- How to spot warning signs and react to them at an early stage.
- How to maintain a work-life balance while protecting your time and energy.
Workshop: Cost: £15, registration required
Registration for the workshop: We will publish the registration link on January 7.
The workshop part is practical tools for you:
- You will create an individual plan against burnout, tailored to your values and needs.
- You will learn the yoga nidra technique - a scientifically proven method of deep recovery, which you will test on yourself.
- You will define your inner values, which will be your compass in everyday challenges.
Leading the lecture and workshop:
Katarzyna Haler - psychotherapist and wellness coach. Since 2008 she has been running her own therapy practice and supporting organizations in developing mental health programs. She specializes in building mental resilience, dealing with insecurity and stress.
Katarzyna is also the author of webinars and online courses that help people around the world deal with burnout and take care of balance in their lives. She believes that at the end of life no one hands out medals for being tormented forever, so it's worth building daily habits that allow you to live well, not just survive.
Don't wait - take a breath and think for yourself!
In the daily rush, it's easy to forget that you too deserve a moment for yourself. For a time where you can stop, listen to your needs and take care of what's really important.
Because life is not just about responsibilities, goals and tasks. It's also a space where you can feel peace, joy and lightness - every day, not just on holidays.
