The Art of Living Well
Topic: "Building good relationships - with others, with yourself, with the world".
July 10, 2025 (Thursday)
hr. 18:00
Western Conference Room
TAURON Arena Krakow
How do you create authentic and vibrant relationships? How are they influenced by being here and now? How do our experiences translate into relationships? During the next edition of The Art of Living Well, we will talk about building good relationships - with others, with ourselves, with the world. The panel will be followed by workshops (your choice): Qikong or Ayurvedic Facial Massage.
We will look at how being present in the here and now affects relationality. We'll talk about the courage to be ourselves, boundaries, shame and self-acceptance, and how our personal stories affect how we build closeness and distance.
It is an invitation to reflect, but also to meet - with each other and with what is alive in us," announces Margola Sularczyk, who will lead the panel part. The start of the meeting at hrs. 18.00.
Margola Sularczyk is a coach, crisis interventionist and psychotherapist. She has many years of managerial experience, a career turnaround and career change at a ripe old age, as well as experience in creative work (as an actress, screenwriter, poet). She uses these resources in her psychotherapeutic work. She deals with all aspects of family, emotional and professional relationships, as well as relationships with herself.
Each edition of The Art of Living Well consists of a free panel (just download an entrance pass) and ticketed workshops (the cost of participation is PLN 20). In the July edition, once again, you can choose between two proposals:
Qikong
Ayurvedic facial massage
Qikong is a Chinese exercise that combines elements of training, controlled breathing and meditation. This ancient practice has many health benefits, improves the overall condition of the body, and promotes longevity. The exercises can be performed by people of all ages.
The qikong is invited by Ursula Ulanik, a certified therapist who has been practicing and promoting TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) for years, according to which the focus is on maintaining health, well-being and preventing disease.
Ayurvedic facial massage - mukhabhyanga. Such a massage helps remove toxins, stimulates lymphatic circulation, relaxes facial muscles and has a positive effect on mood. Stress and accumulated emotions often cause tension in the muscles and fascia, blocking the proper flow of energy. Regular practice helps release these blockages, restoring harmony and a fresh appearance to the skin.
Sweet almond massage oil will be available, and makeup remover wipes will also be provided, but it is advisable to take care of makeup removal beforehand, clip your hair, and bring your favorite cream and towel.
The workshop will be led by Maryna Hobrzyk - hatha yoga instructor, cranio-sacral therapy specialist, physical recreation instructor. She specializes in classes designed for people with sedentary lifestyles, athletes and also in individual training.
