TO KRAKÓW TWORZY METAMORFOZY feat. SMOLIK is an original project of TAURON Arena Krakow – a musical and visual spectacle where generations, styles and sensibilities meet. Here, well-known songs gain new sounds, artists go beyond their comfort zones, and the stage becomes a space for creative transformation.

Under the artistic direction of Andrzej Smolik, a one-off event is being created, prepared especially for this evening – combining sound, image and the energy of the audience into a single story of metamorphosis.

The Art of Living Well
– a space for self-care

In a world full of responsibilities, it’s easy to forget about ourselves. The “Art of Living Well” series was created to give you a moment to pause – time to breathe, reflect and take care of your own mental, emotional and physical well-being.

These are monthly meetings combining free lectures by specialists with practical workshops, addressing topics close to everyday life: professional burnout, relationships, support for children and adolescents, family well-being and conscious rest techniques.

It’s a space of support, inspiration and real tools to build balance.
