The Art of Living Well series

In the daily grind, we often forget what’s really important – our mental, emotional and physical health. That’s why we have created a series of monthly meetings that will be a space for support, inspiration and personal growth.

About the Art of Living Well Series:

  • Two-part format: Free lectures by specialists and practical development workshops (workshop cost: from PLN 25).
  • Topics close to life: From professional burnout, to child and adolescent support, to relationships or family mental health.
  • Local cooperation: Presentation of working methods of local teachers of yoga, meditation and other relaxation techniques.

In the daily rush, it’s easy to forget that you too deserve a moment for yourself. For a time where you can stop, listen to your needs and take care of what’s really important.
Because life is not just about responsibilities, goals and tasks. It’s also a space where you can feel peace, joy and lightness – every day, not just on holidays.

Seventeenth meeting of the Cycle – 16.04.2026

Topic: “The masks we wear. On sensitivity, criticism and the courage to be ourselves.” Interview with Mikolaj Roznerski

Join us for a conversation about the sensitivities, criticisms and expectations of the world, as seen from the perspective of acting – a profession in which the line between role and identity is constantly shifting.

WORSHOP I: “Coffee that makes a difference: coffee cupping with Mikołaj Roznerski”. A conversation about the specifics of the beans, brewing methods and coffee blends during an atmospheric and intimate meeting, combined with a tasting of Rozner coffee.

WORKSHOP II: Meditation “Masks and roles in my daily life”. During the meditation we will delve into ourselves – into our feelings and thoughts. We will see what blocks us from the inside, why we do not express ourselves fully, how we react to criticism and what we do then, what masks we put on – often completely unconsciously.

WORKSHOP III: “Ceramic kettle – clay as a medium for releasing tensions”. A workshop inspired by the Japanese philosophy of mindfulness and harmony. Participants, working with clay and creating their own teapot, will experience a process that helps quiet the mind, relieve tension and improve concentration.

Sixteenth meeting of the Cycle – 16.04.2026

Topic: “Visible and strong about building self-confidence and assertiveness”.

Self-confidence is not a quality one simply has or doesn’t have – it’s a result of how we think about ourselves, how we regulate our emotions and what decisions we make in moments of tension. Many women, despite their competence and experience, still belittle themselves and don’t have the courage to speak directly about what they want and need. How to change this?

WORKSHOP I: “Confidence has a voice – how to speak to be heard “. This is a workshop in which we descend from the level of knowledge to experience. We examine what confidence and assertiveness look like in the body, voice and contact with another person. Instead of talking about courage, we will start practicing it in safe but real situations.

WORKSHOP II: “Look at yourself with a more sensitive eye – towards body sensitivity and self-confidence through yoga, breathing and meditation”. This is a workshop for people who want to slow down for a while and meet themselves in a more gentle, mindful way. Through a calm, body-sensitive yoga practice, breath work and meditation, we will create a space to calm down and come back to ourselves.

WORKSHOP III: “The power of aromatherapy – creating botanical perfumes”. Workshop participants will learn the basics of aromatherapy and the properties of essential oils. During the class they will have the opportunity to create their own unique perfume composition, tailored to their needs and emotions.

Fifteenth meeting of the Cycle – 05.03.2026

Topic: what do you mean, or how to build consensus?

Between people it can be like in the song Sanah: someone says something, and we don’t know what it’s about. Hardly, someone says something, and irritation arises in us. The temperature rises, and solutions are far away. Is there any way to make it easier? To avoid hurting ourselves with words?

WORKSHOP I: “Give yourself a break – through yourself to you?”. Empathy for self vs. selfishness – what is it really about? During the 90-minute workshop, we will practice different ways of communication and see how our body reacts to them. With lightness and humor, we will go through four steps toward greater clarity and calmness.

WORKSHOP II: “Free yourself from STRESS, relax your BODY, quiet your MIND – the Slavic way to RELAXATION”. We will strengthen the body, improve posture, activate deep feeling and intuition. This is a practice for every woman – regardless of age or condition. You will look at your body with more respect. You will regain lightness.

WORKSHOP III: “Embroidery Therapy – folk bookmarks”. During the workshop you will learn basic embroidery stitches and make your own bookmark with a folk design. Embroidery has a meditative and relaxing effect, reduces stress, improves concentration, and is used in art therapy.

Fourteenth meeting of the Cycle – 12.02.2026

Topic: love will not forgive everything. How to take care of relationships?

Our next meeting will focus on relationships and what really sustains them. Contrary to romantic myths, affection alone is not always enough to build a lasting, secure and mature relationship – honest communication, acceptance of what makes us different and awareness of our own needs are also important.

WORKSHOP I: “From everyday to glamour. Makeup as a ritual”. Can makeup be a form of tender dialogue with yourself? Check it out at our workshop! We will focus on practical techniques, conscious beauty enhancement and treating makeup as a ritual to move from the everyday to the celebratory.

WORKSHOP II: “Hatha yoga detox.” A hatha yoga workshop based on postures that support the body’s natural cleansing processes, stimulating metabolism and drainage of the entire body through the practice of twisting and reversing circulation positions.

WORKSHOP III: “Beads of intention – we create bracelets and pendants”. Create your own pendant or bracelet with intention – for yourself or a loved one. During the workshop you will learn how to use simple jewelry tools and make a rubber band bracelet or pendant from beads and minerals.

Thirteenth meeting of the Cycle – 08.01.2026

Theme: New year, new self? On the art of transformation.

The beginning of a new year is a moment of conventional breakthrough, which brings with it pressure for change and unrealistic expectations of ourselves. Instead of another list of resolutions, it’s worth stopping and looking at where the need for change comes from and how to think about it in a gentle and realistic way.

WORKSHOP I: “Self by the Body. Taming Tender Touch Workshop”. This is a workshop on working with the body and taming tender touch. We will invite you to enter a state of deep relaxation and look for different dimensions of pleasure in the body.

WORKSHOP II: “Do I really need to change?”. January often brings with it pressure: new resolutions, new goals, a new self. But what if, instead of another list of tasks and changes, you need… detention?

WORKSHOP III: “Hands that remember the warmth of clay.” The ceramic workshop is an invitation to creatively stop and be mindful of the “here and now.” During the meeting, you will mold a chosen form of kagome, in which you will place a candle with your own intention for the new year.

Twelfth meeting of the Cycle – 11.12.2025

Topic: “How to tame stress and open space for your own well-being?”.

WORKSHOP I: “Circle dancing – the forgotten path to joy and harmony”. Let’s leave problems behind the door and experience the relaxing effects of beautiful music, healthy movement and acceptance.

WORSHOPII: “Songs of the Ancestors. Hear your voice and discover your identity”. This is a workshop both for those for whom singing comes naturally, and for those who don’t have the opportunity to sing often – or think they don’t have the aptitude for it.

WORKSHOPIII: “Spheres – traditional Christmas decorations.” This Christmas we will hang balls on the branches, which will be our new world and message for the next year. Ahead of us will be conversations around a common table and a good Christmas time.

Eleventh meeting of the Cycle – 06.11.2025

Theme: The Art of Living Well: The art of saying goodbye – between despair and relief.

The lecture will look at how we learn to experience loss at different stages of life. How is the ability to say goodbye and let go shaped in us, as well as deal with social perception – belittling or pressure?

WORKSHOP I:“On the bakery.” – a meeting with traditional slow-life. We will think about how to be closer to ourselves, how to find our “na przypiecku”, how to cuddle ourselves and loved ones. Maybe we will write a letter to ourselves, instead of to Santa?

WORKSHOP II: “Autumn Grounding with Yoga.” Conscious and attentive practice will allow us to feel the pleasure that comes from conscious movement and unconstrained breathing. Through practice, we will strengthen our sense of strength and stability in a short period of time, and through relaxation we will end with a sense of lightness and vitality.

WORKSHOP III: “Preserve the beauty of autumn” – handicraft workshop. We will use the leaves of different species of trees to create roses, which will be an autumn decoration in themselves. They will also decorate garlands, wreaths for doors or walls at home.
